Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a bread maker and set to the dough cycle.

  2. If making by hand, mix the yeast, olive oil, sugar and warm water together in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place to allow the yeast to activate and the mixture become frothy.

  3. Add the flour, chopped onion and a handful of fresh rosemary and knead to form a dough.

  4. Roll out dough in a circle and brush with extra olive oil. Allow to rise for 15 - 30 minutes then dimple with fingers and sprinkle with rock salt (optional - chopped olives/parmesan cheese)
