We know plans can change, and we like to keep things simple and stress-free.
You’re welcome to cancel free of charge as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your arrival.
Public Holidays & Long Weekends: We just ask for 7 days’ notice during these busy times.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night charge applies.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: You may be charged for your full stay, unless we’re able to rebook your room.
Group Bookings: If you’re booking more than four rooms, please email or phone us directly so we can make arrangements together.
