- 1 tsp yeast
- 4 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 tsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 8 tsp milk powder
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
Place all ingredients in a bread maker and set to “dough” cycle, 45 minutes.
Once finished, roll out on a floured surface into a large rectangle shape.
Using a pastry brush, spread a generous amount of melted butter over the rectangle.
Mix a cup of brown sugar and ¼ cup of cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over the rectangle.
If you want, dry rosat a cup of walnuts in a pan with a little butter and when heated pour ½ cup of Maple Syrup over them. Allow to cool ten sprinkle over the rectangle as well.
