Our Response to Covid-19

We hope you and your family have kept safe during these tough times and are coping with Covid-19 and the levels with strength.

Whilst we have always had an excellent track-record for cleanliness, we have put in place further cleaning and sanitizing plans, as guided by the Ministry of Health, to ensure the well-being of our guests, ourselves and our community.  In addition to the extra cleaning steps we’re taking, we’re also thoroughly sanitizing all rooms and keeping each room vacant for a 24 hour period between guests.  We are also giving you the option for contactless self check-in and check-out so you can enjoy your holiday while remaining completely self-contained.

For rooms requiring use of the common kitchen/dining and lounge area we will allocate a roster to ensure physical distancing is possible and a limit of 10 people at one time.

If you require water taxi transfers from Te Mahia Bay  or Portage  Bay we can offer you your own special so no need to transfer with anyone else.

Cancellation Policy:

As we understand the need for flexibility during this time, there will be no cancellation charge for any cancellations made 24 hours before the arrival date.

If the country is required to go into a lockdown over your stay dates, there will be no cancellation charge.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if necessary to comply with restrictions imposed or suggested by our government.
